Acupuncture

Acupuncture performed in this office consists of two main types of treatment:

Localized Pain Control - Acupuncture can be used for the treatment of localized
pain, such as shoulder, hip, or arm pain.  Needles or cold laser treatments are
applied to local acupuncture points, or distant points that can affect the condition.

Meridian Balancing - Perhaps the best application of acupuncture consists of
measuring the energy levels of the body's 12 main meridians by use of an EMI
device.  The results are graphed on a computer which helps guide the treatment
protocol.  The goal of this treatment is to balance the energy systems of the body
to promote good health, create harmony and a relaxed state.
